5-Day Keto Meal Plan with Nuts and Eggs

Day 1:
• Breakfast: Avocado and Egg Breakfast Bowl
o 2 eggs, fried
o 1 large avocado, sliced
o Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
o Sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
• Lunch: Spinach and Feta Egg Muffins
o 4 eggs, whisked
o 1 cup spinach, chopped
o 1/2 cup feta cheese
o Salt and pepper to taste
• Snack: A handful of mixed nuts
• Dinner: Egg Drop Soup
o 4 cups chicken broth
o 2 eggs, beaten
o 2 green onions, sliced

Day 2:
• Breakfast: Egg and Vegetable Omelette

o 1/2 bell pepper, diced
o 1/4 onion, diced

o 1 can of tuna in water, drained
o 1 avocado, halved and pitted
o 2 tbsp mayonnaise
o Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
• Snack: A handful of walnuts
• Dinner: Zucchini Noodles with Creamy Avocado Pesto
o 2 zucchinis, spiralized
o 1 avocado
o 1/4 cup pine nuts
o 1 garlic clove

o Caesar dressing (keto-friendly)
o A sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese
• Snack: A handful of almonds
• Dinner: Egg Curry
o 4 eggs, boiled
o 1/4 onion, chopped
o 1/4 cup tomato puree
o 1/4 cup coconut cream
o Spices: turmeric, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper

o 2 tbsp mayonnaise
o 1 tsp mustard
o Paprika, salt, and pepper to taste
• Snack: A handful of Brazil nuts
• Dinner: Asparagus and Poached Egg Salad
o 4 eggs, poached
o 1 bunch of asparagus, grilled
o Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for dressing
